Starter Pack questions
What exactly is included?
The Starter Pack contains one inhaler in your selected colour, four
flavour packs selected by you, twelve flavour cores in total and
the 30-Day Habit Tracker. Any accessories are added only when selected.
What is inside the flavour cores?
Each core contains natural essential oils and plant and fruit
extracts held in a medical-grade polyester core. QUIT IT contains
no nicotine, and nothing is heated or turned into smoke or vapour.
How long does each flavour core last?
Most cores last around 3–7 days depending on how frequently you use
them. Heavier users may replace a core sooner.
How strong are the flavours?
The flavour is deliberately subtle rather than a strong vape-style
hit. Menthol flavours generally feel stronger, while fruit and
herbal options are gentler.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship from Melbourne using Australia Post. Most orders are
dispatched within two business days, and tracking is emailed once
the order is on its way.
What is your refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened and unused items.
For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned once the original
shipping packaging has been opened, and change-of-mind refunds are
not provided. The 60-day No-Regret Reset Guarantee is separate from
the returns policy and provides additional flavour cores rather
than a product refund.
Can I change my selections after ordering?

Can I buy replacement cores later?
Yes. Replacement flavour packs and build-your-own flavour bundles
are available separately, so you can reorder only the flavours you want.
