Love these and their mild minty flavor!

Makes getting through the day without a smoke a little easier..
Would like flavours stronger,
However less ciggies better taste buds over time. Much like the transition from tobacco to vapes.
Long term better option..

I cannot taste any flavour at all from strawberry, can smell when you first open the packet but there is no flavour at all when breathing in its just like breathing air, I will keep trying other flavours provided but not optimistic, we'll see

I've been using it since I got it, im starting to notice an improvement after I started. I've tried tapes but find i have trouble using them as the tape caused issues with my breathing, this one is so much better
