• We offer refunds on unopened and unused orders within 30 days of purchase.Â
• For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if any part of the order has been opened or used. This includes the inhaler and any flavour cores.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
As per Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide change-of-mind refunds.Â
To begin the return process, please email us at support@quititaus.com.au with clear photos of all items received in your order. Once your return is received and inspected to confirm the products are unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
